All shampoo choices are available as additions to your pet's grooming package or are available to purchase for home use.

 

ShamPoochies offers a full line of  specialty pet shampoo choices including medicated shampoos.We have thoroughly researched each shampoo we carry in order to offer you and your pet the best products on the market. Our shampoo choices range from, coat whitening and darkening, hypoallergenic, botanical, deodorizing, and flea and tick control. House Shampoo: A basic, gentle, and fragrant free shampoo.

Tropical Coconut: From Davis’ orchard collection. This is a basic shampoo with the smell of island grown coconuts. It just smells great.

Cherry Berry: This is a cherry-berry-licious basic shampoo that leaves your pet smelling great.

Ruby-Red Pink Grapefruit: Another fantastic shampoo with the fresh clean fragrance of ruby-red citrus.

Whitening: Formulated with brighteners to whiten white coats. Helps revive dingy, yellowed coats without bleach.

Brightening Juniper: Aroma therapy shampoo by Aroma Care.

Black Coat: Intensifies the color of black, charcoal, blue and other dark coats. Leaves coat full of body.

Oatmeal & Aloe: A soap free and hypoallergenic shampoo designed to benefit sensitive, dry or irritated skin. Made with 2% colloidal oatmeal and cold processed Aloe Vera. Recommended for pets with allergies and seborrhea dermatitis.

Melaleuca: A soothing tea tree oil shampoo which helps combat seborrhea dermatitis, skin bacteria and fungi. Vitamin E, wheat germ, rosemary and coconut oils have been added to help provide rapid relief to irritated skin.

Triclosan: Eliminates “doggie odor” A deodorizing shampoo. Great for normal skin that is extra “stinky” The active ingredient Triclosan is a phenomenal odor eater, especially effective in helping with skunk encounters.

Flea Shampoo: An all natural flea Shampoo. D’Limonene, an orange peal extract, is known for its effectiveness when a non-insecticidal approach is desired. May be used in conjunction with all spot on insecticides. Safe for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens.

Flea & Tick Shampoo: This Pyrethrin shampoo is for those extra difficult flea infestations, and those near impossible to kill TICKS. Safe to use your spot on treatment after 6 hours. For dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens over 12 weeks.

Medicated  Pet Shampoos

In addition to our other shampoo choices, ShamPoochies carries a full line of medicated shampoos designed to relieve common pet skin problems. All ShamPoochies pet stylists have been thoroughly educated in the appropriate application of each medicated shampoo and are capable of recognizing skin issues. If your pet has allergies or other skin problems, talk to one of our professional pet groomers about recommendations for shampoo treatments.

Pramoxine Anti-Itch Shampoo: The ultimate itch relief formula. This includes 1% Pramoxine Hydrochloride (a topical anesthetic agent which alleviates scratching) and 20% colloidal oatmeal (a deep moisturizer.)

Miconazole Shampoo: Helps relieve symptoms of fungal infections while soothing damaged skin. Contains 2% colloidal oatmeal for moisture and 2% miconazole nitrate which helps battle conditions associated with yeast or ringworm. It also aids in eliminating scaling that is a by-product of seborrhea. The addition of oatmeal helps provide soothing relief.

Chlorhexidine Shampoo: Contains 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate. This shampoo assists the body in battling bacteria such as Staph, which is often seen as a secondary infection. It also aids in providing fast relief and helps cool inflamed skin caused by allergies and hot spots. It conditions both coat and skin while deodorizing.

Benzoyl Peroxide Shampoo: Contains 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide in a deep-cleansing shampoo base. Helps alleviate conditions associated with seborrhea dermatitis, canine and feline acne. It also provides relief for demodex mange and dermatitis. This shampoo is also great for flushing hair follicles and degreasing problem coats.
